Caroline
Flint lays first brick at £250,000
Community Resource Centre

Don Valley MP Caroline Flint was on
hand to lay the first brick to celebrate the start of
construction for the new £250,000 Dunscroft Unite
Centre on Broadway, Dunscroft, this week.
Said Caroline: "This centre will
be a valuable asset for the community and a real sign
of progress for Dunscroft Unite."
Said Cllr Ken Knight, Chair of Dunscroft
Unite: "This organisation has come a long way in
the last seven years and with this building we can now
move forward with skills training and community development."
The centre, which is jointly
funded by the Coalfield Regeneration Trust and Objective
1, should open in the summer.
