28.11.97 Public petition in support of Wild Mammals (Hunting Bill).
27.07.00 21,000 signature Petition from residents of Finningley and surrounding areas in favour of Finningley Airport. Records indicate that this is the largest petition in favour of an airport, presented to parliament.
